Jacky Tai is the Group Head of Trading & Structuring for Global Financial Markets at DBS Bank. Assuming this role since 2018, Jacky has been responsible for the management of trading, market making, product structuring and risk warehousing activities across asset classes regionally.

He joined Treasury & Markets at DBS in 1999 and was tasked to build up DBS Greater China trading operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. In addition to driving business outcomes, the teams in Greater China have also won many awards and accolades in local and derivatives markets from Asian Risk, Global Finance, Banker, and other leading market intelligence under Jacky’s stewardship.

An avid innovator and market pioneer, Jacky has also represented DBS Hong Kong, Singapore, and China in public forums and associations initiated by regulators such as the Hong Kong Treasury Market Association committee, ACI, ASFIMA task force, China QFII, Singapore RQFII, FX Global Code, Blue Book, China Bond Connect. He was appointed as President of the Financial Markets Association of Singapore in January 2024 and previous held the role of Treasurer since 2021. Jacky is also a strong believer in embracing Asian connectivity and digitalisation for the advancement of financial markets. He was conferred the Singapore IBF Fellow Award in Financial Markets in 2022.

Before joining DBS Bank, Jacky was Head of Asian Derivatives Trading at Dresdner Bank AG. He has also worked at Nomura, and JP Morgan in Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York.

Jacky graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ping (Yan Pheng) Tan

Ping Tan is a Managing Director at Bank of America (BofA) . She heads the Asia EFX trading team based out of Singapore, with global oversight of the principal EFX traders managing risks for the electronic FX franchise. Besides her trading risk mandate, she is also responsible for product development strategy across EFX and the wider Global FX & Emerging Markets, to continue expanding BofA’s electronic offering, while overseeing all regulatory and governance-related matters for EFX globally.

Ping joined the BofA Singapore office in 2004 as an Emerging Markets FX trader before being posted to the London office in 2006 and established the EFX trading desk operation globally in 2007. She relocated to Hong Kong office in October 2015 to and had the opportunity to move back to the Singapore office in May 2022 on the back of her expanded global role into Product Strategy.

Beyond her day job, Ping is heavily involved in various D&I initiatives at the firm including BofA Philanthropy Committee, as well as past leadership roles chairing the APAC FICC Employee Engagement Committee, co-chair of Hong Kong Parents & Caregivers Network, APAC Women Leadership Council, Global Markets Campus Recruitment Committee, and proud recipient of 2016 Global Volunteer Award. Outside the firm, she sits on FMAS (formerly ACI Singapore) Executive Committee as Deputy President, chairs the Women@FMAS sub-committee, and is the APAC Regional chair for Global ACI Women in Global Markets Committee.

Leng Hoe Lon

Hoe Lon Leng is a Managing Director and Global Head of FX Flow and EM Linear Rates Trading as well as Co-Head of FX & EM Trading, Asia ex-Japan. Hoe Lon is based in Singapore and leads Nomura’s cross markets proprietary trading business in Asia. He is also a member of the Nomura Asia Pacific Holdings Executive Management Committee.

Hoe Lon has 25 years of experience in trading and investing in financial markets. Prior to joining Nomura, he was Head of Financial Markets (Singapore, Brunei and Australia) and Head of Macro Trading (ASEAN and South Asia) at Standard Chartered Bank. He started his career at Deutsche Bank, followed by trading roles across Asia and London with JP Morgan, ABN AMRO, Goldman Sachs, and Tudor Capital.

In addition to his sellside and buyside experience, Hoe Lon has been a founder, advisor, and investor of various startups in AI, data analytics, and blockchain. He has published two books: “Decrypted – A Financial Trader’s Take on Cryptocurrency” and “Deflated – How To Find Your Footing in a Shaky Blockchain Investment World”.

Hoe Lon has also been conferred the IBF Fellow Award in Financial Markets, which recognizes industry leaders who have demonstrated mastery of a profession and exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development.

Hoe Lon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Warwick, and is a CFA charterholder.

Kenneth Kan

Mr. Kenneth Kan is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Dymon Asia Capital, where he oversees the firm’s Talent & Impact agenda. His responsibilities span Business Development, Communications, Group Administration , Human Resources, and Sustainability. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has played a key role in shaping Dymon Asia’s culture, talent strategy, and organisational growth.

Beyond his role at Dymon Asia, Mr. Kan serves on the Executive Committee of the Financial Markets Association of Singapore (FMAS), where he also chairs the Education Sub-Committee. He is actively involved in the non-profit sector as a board member of The Majurity Trust, Ray of Hope, and the Children’s Museum of Singapore, and serves on the Asia Community Foundation’s Investment Sub-Committee. Mr. Kan holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Finance) from Santa Clara University.

Through his leadership in finance, education, and community organisations, Mr. Kan continues to contribute meaningfully to the development of Singapore’s financial and social sectors.

Jimmy Poh

Mr. Jimmy Poh leads the Asset Allocation, Risk Strategy, and XVA team at OCBC in Singapore and serves as a member of the management team within the Global Markets Division. Before assuming his current role, he headed the Interest Rate Management team, where he was responsible for managing the Bank’s structural interest rate risk and overseeing the Global Balance Sheet Management team across multiple locations.

Jimmy began his banking career as a trader in 1994 and has gained extensive experience in Singapore and abroad, working with several prestigious institutions, including Bank of America, Bank of Nova Scotia, Lehman Brothers, Dresdner Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank. He joined OCBC in December 2010 as the Head of Greater China Trading and later expanded to overseeing their North Asia Trading, managing teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Seoul.

Mr. Poh holds a double degree in Computer Science (BSc) and Economics (BA) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, as well as a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia. He is passionate about leveraging data-driven decision-making processes and advocates for the digitalization of financial assets.

Chuan Jin Fong (CJ)

Chuan Jin (CJ) Fong is the APAC General Manager at GSR, one of the largest global digital assets market makers and trading shop. Before entering the crypto market CJ started his career on the trading floor in Hong Kong as a Fixed Income Structurer at Morgan Stanley before switching roles to head up Fixed Income Solutions for Morgan Stanley Private Bank in APAC. He also worked for Nomura Private Bank, where he focused on key client solutions in both public and private markets. CJ holds a double degree from Singapore Management University.

 

Eileen Chia

Ms. Eileen Chia is the Regional Head of Corporate Advisory Group at DBS. With over 25 years of banking experience in global financial markets, Eileen has an acute sense in driving business through cross border collaboration that harness the potential of network and resources. She is also a strong believer in tapping on expertise of teams across markets and product specialisation to customise client-centric solutions that best support customers’ needs.

Prior to DBS, Ms. Chia leads the global markets sales team at UOB supporting various client segments from financial institutions to large corporates, SMEs and retail customers. Ms. Chia spent the earlier part of her banking career in Bank of America before assuming leadership roles in Nomura and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi. Ms. Chia serves as the Executive Committee of Financial Markets Association of Singapore and is a supporter of the mentorship program under Financial Women’s Association of Singapore.

Jack Loh

Jack is currently the CEO of Complus Asset Management Singapore. He joined the banking industry in 1993. Prior to Complus, Jack held various leadership roles at ING bank, as APAC Head of Corporate Sector Coverage as well as Global Head of Financial Markets Sales and APAC Head of Client Solutions Group. He was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he joined in 2005 and headed Corporate Sales and Solutions businesses. He also worked at JPMorgan Chase, with assignments in New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Jack holds a MS degree from Stanford University and a BS deg from The Ohio State University

Kevin Cheong

Dr. Kevin Cheong joins the Financial Markets Association of Singapore as its Managing Director.

Kevin has held leadership positions in the tourism industry: Managing Director & CEO of JTB Destinations & JTB-MEEMO (Asia Pacific) (2009 to 2011) and Commercial Director for Sentosa Development Corporation (2001 to 2006). As a tourism and destination development consultant, Kevin’s portfolio includes tourism attractions and resorts such as: Singapore Flyer, Sentosa Luge & Sky Ride, Legoland Resort Malaysia, Desaru Coast, Chimelong Resorts in China, JTB Corp in Japan and the Titanic Museum Attraction in the USA.

Since 2019, Kevin lectures at the University of Newcastle (Australia) and Singapore Management University, where he delivers undergraduate and postgraduate courses on topics including Sustainability Innovation, Corporate Governance, Digital Transformation, and Strategic Management. He is also co-editor of the book Vision for the Future: Towards More Vibrant, Sustainable and Smart Cities (2024) and has published articles on AI transformation in hotels (2025) and digital learning stress (2024).

Kevin is a member of Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Advisory Committee (BA) and University of Newcastle’s Industry Advisory Board. He was co-chair of the Attractions, Leisure & Recreation Skills & Competency Framework Committee, Singapore’s Workforce Development Agency and a member of the Curriculum Review Committee, Singapore Polytechnic.

He is a Project Consultant for the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (since 2023) and has served multiple terms as Chairman of the Association of Singapore Attractions (2010–2016, 2020–2022).

Kevin holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Singapore Management University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York, USA.

Jean-Philippe Malé

Jean-Philippe (JP) Malé is CEO of SGX FX, the global over-the-counter (OTC) foreign exchange (FX) business of Singapore Exchange (SGX Group).

He leads the SGX FX team across more than 10 cities, delivering bestin-class end-to-end FX technology and workflow solutions for buy-side and sell-side clients worldwide, alongside an FX electronic communication network anchored in Singapore.

JP was appointed to his current role on 1 April 2025, having served as President since mid-2024. Formerly CEO and Co-Founder of BidFX, a leading buy-side OTC FX platform business acquired by SGX Group in 2020, JP has been the driving force behind the significant rise of SGX FX’s business.

JP is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the financial technology sector. Before founding BidFX in 2017, JP held various key roles at TradingScreen, including Global Head of Products in London and New York, and Global Head of OTC and Regional Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in Paris. He was instrumental in implementing TradingScreen’s first multi-asset class Execution Management System (EMS) and FX EMS, as well as Galaxy, its Multilateral Trading Facility focused on the European bond market.

JP holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and computer engineering from Institut d’Informatique d’Entreprise and a Masters in project management from Université du Québec.

Lee Beng Hong

Mr. Lee Beng Hong is now Partner (CEO office) at Dymon Asia. Under the CEO office, he holds oversight responsibilities for the firm’s trading, treasury, and technology functions, contributing to the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization.

Prior to joining Dymon Asia, Mr. Lee was a member of the Group Executive Management Committee at SGX Group and served as Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) & Head of Wholesale Markets & Platforms (WMP). During his tenure, he spearheaded the growth of the Group’s core FICC businesses and new off-exchange businesses and advanced its technology services in digitalisation and automation.

With over 20 years of experience in financial markets, Mr. Lee previously held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, specializing in Asian FICC. His last role was leading Deutsche Bank’s financing and solutions group for North Asia, alongside his responsibilities as Executive Vice President of Deutsche Bank China and Head of Global Markets, China. He began his career at Deutsche Bank Singapore, managing rates and FX trading books.

Mr. Lee holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Engineering (Civil) from the National University of Singapore.

Marc Bonnici

Mr Marc Bonnici joined Tullett Prebon Singapore as Director of Interest Rate Swaps in July 2005 and is the Senior Managing Director since Dec 2020. He has more than 28 years of experience in the money broking market.

Marc is currently Chairman of SMBA, Executive Committee Member of FMAS, Committee Member of SFEMC as well as ABS.

 

Samuel Lim

Samuel is Senior Relationship Manager, Asia Pacific, and is based in Singapore. Partnering closely with teams from Investment Banking and Global Markets, he focuses on delivering the entire firm to its largest and most complex institutional clients around the world. He is also a member of the Singapore Management Team.

Prior to his current appointment, Samuel was the Head of Real Money and Hedge Funds Macro Distribution, a role which he took on in 2016, and was responsible for distribution of Macro products into the Hedge Fund and Real Money client base.

Samuel was previously Head of Macro Real Money and Official Institutions Sales with teams in Singapore and India where he managed the delivery of currency, interest rates and precious metal products to Asset Managers, Central Banks and Sovereign Wealth Funds.

Since joining Barclays in 2006, Samuel has held a number of leadership positions with various responsibilities, including Emerging Market and FX sales to Official Institutions.

Samuel is also a member of the Barclays Singapore Management Team and Chair of the Barclays APAC Citizenship Council

He joined Barclays from Merrill Lynch where he worked in Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong, having started his career as a FX Forwards trader in London in 2001.

He graduated from Cambridge University in 2001 with a MA in Geography.

Vernice Moh

Vernice Moh is a seasoned business leader in the Financial Information Data industry, boasting over 25 years of experience. As the Managing Director, Head of Sales APAC at Fenics Market Data (a part of BGC Group), she’s driving business growth in the Asia-Pacific region.

Previously, she held key roles at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), including Managing Director for ASEAN. Vernice is known for her advocacy of diversity and inclusion and actively contributes to initiatives like Women@FMAS.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University in Perth and enjoys fine dining, golfing, and traveling in her leisure time. Married with two children, she balances her professional and personal life with finesse.

Kevin Koh

Kevin Koh is the Group Head of Global Markets Sales – Wholesale at United Overseas Bank. He leads UOB’s global markets sales teams serving financial institutions, large corporates, and SMEs across the bank’s global network, with a strategic focus on ASEAN and Greater China.

Kevin joined UOB in 2011 and has since played a key role in strengthening the bank’s markets franchise, drawing on over two decades of financial markets experience and earlier corporate FX sales roles at Crédit Agricole and DBS. His career has been anchored in advising clients on risk management, market strategies, and cross border solutions, underpinned by a strong track record of building high performing, client centric teams and deep client partnerships.

He graduated from Imperial College London in 2003 with a Master of Engineering in Aeronautics

Yueh Ee Leen

Ee Leen Yueh, Director, is Head of APAC Macro Trading within BlackRock’s Global Trading Group. Ms Yueh’s service with the firm dates back to 2013, including her years with the BlackRock Shanghai office where she served as Head of Trading, having established and led the Trading function, initially as part of BlackRock’s private fund business (PFM) and then at FMC where she was responsible for managing Equity, Fixed income, and derivatives execution across all investment strategies for onshore China.
 
Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms.Yueh was a portfolio manager on the Asia Pacific fixed income team at Aberdeen Asset Management, responsible for Asian macroeconomic research, idea generation and trade implementation. Prior to this position, Ms. Yueh had also worked as a central dealer at Eastspring as well as a money markets/fixed income trader at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in the international treasury department.
 
Ms. Yueh earned an MBA degree in finance from the National University of Singapore.
