About
Dear Distinguished Guests, Sponsors, Members and Friends,
First of all, I like to thank all of you for making our 25thAnniversary Charity Golf and Gala Dinner a huge success. We had nearly 600 guests and the occasion was graced by the presence of our Deputy Prime Minster and Co-ordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Chairman of MAS, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam.
It was a night of fun and reminiscent of the good old times with many of our members, veteran and young, turning up that evening. While we all had fun, charity was very much at the heart of our event. This year we raised around $870,000 gross, surpassing the amount in recent years. The proceeds will go to several charities supporting various worthy causes. We should all be proud to be part of this tradition of giving back to society. The Golf event held on Monday was also a great event with 170 golfers taking part.
To organise an event of this scale, it requires planning, organisation and co-ordination. I would like to thank again the dedicated team from ACI Singapore, members of my Organising Committee, Event organiser Directions Group, sponsors and donors.
I look forward to our celebration and support for 2019!
Thank you.
Lee Chee Pin

Over the past 24 years, we have raised a total of more than $10.6 million for the less fortunate. We sincerely hope that you can join us in this fund-raising effort and your kind donation will definitely help the CG18 beneficiaries in many ways. For this year, the fund-raising proceeds will go towards helping the following beneficiaries:

AWWA Ltd
AWWA is a social service organisation, serving over 6,000 of the disadvantaged across life stages. Services include early intervention for pre-schoolers, education and disability support for children with special needs, financial assistance, social work and counselling for low income families and youth at risk, support for caregivers, and health and social assistance to destitute seniors. In all AWWA does, we seek to empower the disadvantaged to maximise their potential to lead independent and dignified lives.

MCYC Community Services Society

It specialises in working with out-of-home children and youths; especially those with complex trauma from abuse. Each year, MCYC helps about 3,400 beneficiaries of all language, race and religion.

St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital

Last year, SACH served more than 8,000 people.

Taman Jurong CCC Community Development and Welfare Fund
